While no one talks about how the employee's can be empowered; it is our belief that, a weak employee will produce a weak organization, and because of that Newways have researched into how employees can be empowered, how to make them productive so that the organization can also be productive. To ensure also that Nigeria attains vision 2020 that is to make sure that Nigeria becomes one of the top 20 economy of the world, we have to develop the concept of empowering the employee who will drive the economy, because for the economy to be driven higher, the people that is driving it has to be healthy, has to be financially buoyant and must have shelter over their head".
